The official plugin
"Sendcloud for WooCommerce" had about 7,000 active installs and a 2.8 out of 5 rating on WordPress.org in October 2026. It sends orders to Sendcloud for labels and brings service points into checkout.
Common problems
- An integration built on an older API version; one review calls it a "legacy v2 API which has been deprecated for years".
- Connection and timeout problems: "loses connections", and requests from Sendcloud ending in 504 errors on some hosts.
- The plugin creates a separate user with shop manager rights, which some stores don't want.
- Slow support replies.
What the API allows
- Orders API v3: orders can be created and updated in batches.
- Checkout: service point and delivery option endpoints.
- Tracking: parcel status webhooks, signed and retried.
- Access: API keys or OAuth2, with published rate limits.
Our view
A small, focused connector on the current API, with a retry queue, block checkout support and a log of failed syncs, would solve the most common complaints. The market is mainly European. Tell us if your shop uses Sendcloud.
