Terms for Jira apps

Last updated: October 10, 2026. These end user terms apply to Ulte apps for Atlassian cloud products, currently Ulte Chat for Jira.

1. Provider

The apps are provided by Event Space Sp. z o.o., ul. Kanarkowa 47, 11-041 Olsztyn, Poland, VAT ID PL7394025935, KRS 0001210621 ("Ulte"). Contact: info@ulte.net.

2. Scope

These terms form the agreement between Ulte and the organisation that installs an Ulte app on an Atlassian cloud site (the "customer"). The purchase, billing and installation of apps through the Atlassian Marketplace are also governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use between the customer and Atlassian. Where these terms and the Atlassian Marketplace terms conflict on billing or refunds, the Atlassian terms apply.

3. Licence

Ulte grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian site where it is installed, for the users covered by the customer's Marketplace subscription or trial, for the customer's internal business purposes. The customer may not resell, copy, decompile or modify the app, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.

4. Customer duties

  • Connect only Google Chat spaces and other destinations the customer is entitled to post to, and choose which projects and events are posted.
  • Make sure that posting issue data, names and comments to the chosen spaces is allowed under the customer's own policies and agreements, and that people in those spaces may see it.
  • Keep webhook URLs confidential and replace them in the destination service when they may have been exposed.
  • Follow the terms of the Atlassian and Google services used with the app.

5. Data

The apps run on Atlassian Forge. Jira data is processed inside Atlassian's cloud and sent only to the destinations the customer configures, such as Google Chat; it is not sent to or stored on Ulte servers. Ulte does not access the content of the customer's site. Details are in the privacy policy. If Ulte ever needs to access customer data, for example to resolve a support request, it does so only with the customer's permission and only as needed for that request.

6. Fees

Fees, trials, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace at the prices shown on the app's listing. Ulte may change prices for future subscription periods with at least 60 days' notice through the Marketplace or by email.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at info@ulte.net, in English or Polish, Monday to Friday, Central European Time. Ulte aims to reply within one business day. Ulte provides updates to keep the app working with changes in Atlassian and Google services, where reasonably possible.

8. Third-party services

The apps depend on Atlassian cloud products, Atlassian Forge and destination services such as Google Chat, which Ulte does not control. Changes to their software, APIs, limits or terms may affect an app. Ulte adapts the app where it reasonably can and is not responsible for these services.

9. Liability

The app is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Ulte's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid, and excludes lost profits and indirect damage. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally, or where the law does not permit a limit.

10. Termination

The customer may stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it, which ends the licence; app settings stored in Forge storage are removed by Atlassian under its data retention rules. Ulte may end an app with at least 90 days' notice, and may suspend use that breaches these terms or endangers the service.

11. Changes

Ulte may change these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they apply, on this page and, where possible, through the Marketplace. Continued use after that date means acceptance; a customer who does not accept may uninstall the app.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are decided by the court with jurisdiction over Ulte's registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
