Zettle sync for WooCommerce

Two-way stock sync between PayPal Zettle and WooCommerce. A sale at the Zettle till lowers stock online, an online order lowers stock in Zettle, within seconds.

Get one email at launch

No newsletter. One message when Zettle sync is ready to install, with early-user pricing.

What it will do

  • Match Zettle products and variants with WooCommerce products by SKU.
  • Sync stock in both directions: sales, refunds, deliveries and stock counts.
  • Ask which number is correct when the two systems disagree, instead of overwriting either side.
  • Queue changes while either side is unreachable, and compare both sides every hour.
  • Show each product that can't sync with the reason and the fix.

Why another plugin

PayPal publishes its own WooCommerce integration for Zettle. In our research in October 2026 it had 4,000+ active installs and a 3.5 out of 5 rating on WordPress.org, and recurring complaints about stock, such as items sold in store not being reduced in WooCommerce. The details and sources are on the Zettle and WooCommerce integration page.

Zettle sync is built for the shops where stock changes on both sides every day and overselling is the problem to solve.

How it works

Zettle sync runs on the same engine as StockEven, which already syncs Square and WooCommerce in production. Zettle's public API offers what a reliable two-way sync needs: product and inventory endpoints with write access, per-location stock, and push notifications when an inventory balance changes or a purchase is made.

Status

In development. The engine and the WooCommerce side are shared with StockEven; the Zettle connector is being built and tested against a Zettle account. The launch notice goes out when it passes the same tests StockEven did.

Questions

Which countries?

Every country where Zettle offers inventory. PayPal's own integration lists 13: the US, UK, France, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil and Mexico.

What will it cost?

Pricing will follow StockEven: free for small catalogs, paid plans for larger ones.

Will it change prices or product names?

No. Like StockEven, it syncs stock quantities only.
