2. In short
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from ulte.net itself. The free tools run in the browser and send nothing to the server. Personal data reaches us only through server logs, the contact form and the waitlist.

Forms send data to the Ulte server at app.stockeven.com, which forwards it to us by email. The IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of the forms.

Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
5. Retention
- Server logs: up to 14 days.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Waitlist emails: until the launch email is sent, then deleted; earlier on request.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, anyone whose data we process may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and may withdraw consent at any time. Requests go to info@ulte.net; we reply within one month. A complaint can be filed with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or with the authority in the country of residence.
7. Changes
We update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
